K Preston . Oade Jr
Mr. Oade recently left the active practice of law, but remains on the AAA Employment Panel of mediators and arbitrators. He is the former head of the employment practice group of Holme, Roberts and Owen. He has tried over 100 jury trials, including over 60 employment cases. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court; including an employment case, Wygant v. Jackson Board of Education, 476 U.S. 267 (1986).
He has regularly been listed in The Best Lawyers in America under Labor and Employment Law in Colorado. Also listed in Chambers & Partners USA, a British publication listing America's Leading Business Lawyers (2002-2012). He was voted by peers as the best Colorado employment lawyer in a 2010 survey by The Colorado Journal.
