David P. Hersh
David P. Hersh, Esq., is a trial lawyer with the law firm of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. in Englewood, Colorado. Dave is the co-chair of the Commercial Litigation department, which includes the Construction Defect Group of Burg Simpson. Dave has tried well over 135 civil jury trials to verdict. Dave is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, and handles cases all across the United States. When not trying cases, Dave can be found hanging out with his family, hiking, snowshoeing or riding his bicycle around Colorado and SCUBA diving around the world.
