James T. Bunch is a Managing Member of The Grumman Hill Group, LLC, a private equity firm providing growth capital primarily to Middle Market private companies. Grumman Hill has offices in Stamford, Connecticut and Denver, Colorado. Previously, Jim was a co-founder and principal of Green, Manning and Bunch, an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, founded in 1988. From 1970 until 1991, Jim was a partner of Davis Graham & Stubbs, a Denver law firm, which he served as Chairman and Managing Partner, specializing in corporate and securities law. While remaining a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs, Jim also served as Senior Vice President, Director and General Counsel at Boettcher & Company, a full service, leading investment banking firm in the Rocky Mountain region. Jim is currently an Independent Trustee of the Invesco Mutual Funds and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several for-profit companies.
