Carol . Glowinsky
Honorable Carol Glowinsky was appointed to the Boulder County Court in January 1995. She was appointed to the District Court in January 1997. Prior to her appointment Judge Glowinsky was a clinical professor of law at the University of Colorado, specializing in family law, trial advocacy and civil procedure. Judge Glowinsky is a 1979 graduate of the University of Denver School of Law.
