Clifford Pearl, Esq., is more than a lawyer to his clients, he is a trusted adviser. He advises companies and individuals in a variety of industries on a full range of business, entity formation and organization and corporate and securities law matters. His practice emphasizes the representation of buyers and sellers of businesses in merger and acquisition transactions, including stock and asset sales, and purchases and recapitalizations involving both strategic and private equity buyers. He also provides corporate and securities law representation of domestic and foreign companies in public and private securities offerings, including cross-border securities offerings, and public company reporting and compliance. He is actively involved in the M&A Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA and has participated as a working group member of the 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013 Private Target M&A Deal Points Studies, and as a working member of the Legal Project Management Task Force. He is also actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth and is a frequent speaker on merger and acquisition and securities law issues.
