Neal Cohen opened the Denver office of Fox Rothschild LLP in September 2012 with two other attorneys. Neal is a very experienced trial lawyer. In nearly 30 years of practice, Neal has tried cases involving patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, securities and employment issues. He was a member of a team that prepared the brief and oral argument in the Federal Circuit's en banc rehearing of Phillips v. AWH. After the Federal Circuit's en banc decision, led AWH's trial team, where the court entered a judgment as a matter of law in favor of AWH.
