John Palmeri, Esq., is a partner in the Denver office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from the University of Denver, where he was a member of the law review. Mr. Palmeri has tried dozens of cases to verdict or judgment in federal and state courts. In addition to his extensive trial practice, John has argued precedent setting cases in federal and state appellate courts. Mr. Palmeri is a published author and frequent lecturer. He has published articles in the law reviews of the University of Denver and the University of Wyoming. He is a contributing author to The Colorado Lawyer. John is active in a number of bar associations. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and an associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a past president of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. John is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Colorado Super Lawyers.
