James B. Borgel is a partner in Holland & Hart’s Denver office, with over 30 years of experience
in all aspects of real estate development and construction, including planned communities, renewable energy development, zoning, land use, annexation, and special districts. Mr. Borgel has a B.A. in political science and economics from Macalester College in St. Paul Minnesota, and is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Borgel has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbel, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of land use, zoning, and construction law.
