Kenneth M. Laff

Honorable Kenneth Laff is a Denver District Court Judge and is in his ninth year on the Bench.  A graduate of Amherst College and Stanford Law School, Ken is a member of the Colorado and New York bars.  Ken practiced with Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine in New York and then with Holme Roberts & Owen in Denver, where he was a partner specializing in complex litigation.  He detoured to a management consulting career in 1989, when he founded the Denver office of Ziegler Ross.  From 1995 to 2000, he was Managing Director of The PLUS Group, LLC, which specialized in solutions for automating the practice of law.  From 2000 to 2008, he was a Deputy District Attorney in Denver.  Ken is member of the DBA and CBA, on which he served on the Board of Governors, and is Past President of the Marsh Inn of Court.  Ken also appears in Law Club shows, including the annual Ethics Revue CLE.
