John assists clients in defining goals, and then works diligently with them to design and implement negotiations to accomplish those goals. An entrepreneur in his own right, John created and implemented the Integrated Metric, a methodology that focuses on providing legal services from the perspective of return on investment. John's career also has encompassed significant public service. He worked as a professional staff member in both the United States House of Representatives and the Senate. Prior to commencing his legal career, John served as Director of Government Affairs and Manager of Uranium Sales for Rocky Mountain Energy Company and as State Government Affairs Coordinator for Babcock and Wilcox, with oversight responsibility for 23 states. He also has served as counsel to the Colorado Baseball Commission and as a board member and president of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame. John also is a professional speaker specializing in negotiation methodologies, strategies, and tactics.
