Charles F. Brega
Charles F. Brega, Esq., has tried more than 400 civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels in matters ranging from securities, intellectual property and aerospace to professional liability, domestic relations and personal injury. During his practice, he has been involved in many prominent cases, and his clients include well-known organizations and prominent individuals. In addition to his litigation practice, Chuck has taught trial strategy and techniques as well as negotiation and settlement skills to attorneys in the United States and abroad. He has presented many private seminars to companies on the ways to prevent lawsuits and how to internally monitor them. For many years, he ran the college for the largest trial organization in the United States: lecturing, organizing and running programs training lawyers in medical legal work.
