Norvell E. Brasch, Esq., is a partner at Wade Ash: Trust & Estate Advocates and a leading litigator in his field. While Norv works collaboratively to find creative solutions for disputes, he lends his considerable courtroom experience to his clients and their causes. In his 40 years in the field, Norv has pursued and defended many curious cases, but none as unusual as his role as probate counsel for Alcor Life Extension Foundation in the Mary Robbins case. From that successful effort, Norv has become an expert in Colorado end of life law. Norv began his career at the venerable Holme Roberts & Owen. He was the founding partner at Trust & Estate Advocates before it combined with Wade Ash earlier this year. He was raised in Denver and is a graduate of Colorado College and DU Law School.
