Norvell (Norv) E. Brasch, Esq., is a partner at Wade Ash and a leading litigator in his field. While Norv always works collaboratively to find creative solutions for trust and estate disputes, he lends his considerable courtroom experience to his clients and their causes. In his 43 years in the field, Norv has pursued and defended many unusual cases: notably as probate counsel in the Frozen Head Case, which tested the limits of enforcing futuristic end-of-life choices, in multiple cases asserting a testator's insane delusion in a will contest, and in defending a major bequest to a renowned boarding school in Tel Aviv. Norv began his career at the venerable Holme Roberts & Owen. He was the founding partner at Trust & Estate Advocates before it recently combined with Wade Ash. Norv was raised in Denver and earned a physics degree from Colorado College before attending DU Law School. He currently serves as chairman of the $30MM Central City Opera Endowment Fund and is a member of the CU President's Gift Planning Advisory Council.
