Norv E. Brasch, Esq., is a partner at Wade Ash and a leading litigator in his field. While Norv always works collaboratively to find creative solutions for trust and estate disputes, he lends his considerable courtroom experience to his clients and their causes. In his 40 years in the field, Norv has pursued and defended many unusual cases: notably as probate counsel in the Frozen Head Case, which tested the limits of enforcing futuristic end-of-life choices, and in multiple cases asserting a testator's insane delusion in a will contest. Norv began his career at the venerable Holme Roberts & Owen. He was the founding partner at Trust & Estate Advocates before it combined with Wade Ash last year. He was raised in Denver and earned a physics degree from Colorado College before attending DU Law School.
