Kathie J. Fliss
Honorable Kathie Fliss has been a Magistrate in the 18th Judicial District since 2010. Her current responsibilities primarily involve coverage of the Small Claims dockets in Arapahoe and Douglas counties, and the Permanent Protection Order and Truancy dockets in Arapahoe County. Prior to this current assignment, Magistrate Fliss has presided over the Domestic Relations docket in Arapahoe County. Magistrate Fliss is a graduate of the University of Denver, College of Law, and he was admitted to the Bar in 1984. She has been a member of the CBA Ethics Committee since 1986, and is a past Chair of the Committee.
