Beat U. Steiner is a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP in its Boulder office, with a practice concentrating on real estate, banking, and corporate matters. Mr. Steiner is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and a past chair of the CBA Real Estate Section. He is also a member of the Business Law Section's Executive Council and its Legislative Drafting Committee. Mr. Steiner received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia. Mr. Steiner is a frequent lecturer on real estate and business law topics and has published articles in the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, the ABA Probate & Property magazine, The Practical Real Estate Lawyer, The Colorado Lawyer, and The Colorado Real Estate Journal. Mr. Steiner is included in Chambers USA (Leading Lawyers for Business), Best Lawyers in America® (Lawyer of the Year for Denver Area Real Estate in 2011 and for Boulder Real Estate in 2017), and Colorado Super Lawyers. Mr. Steiner is co-author of Commercial Leasing in Colorado: A Practical Guide, Second Ed. (CLE in Colorado, Inc. 2019).
