David Wollins, Esq., is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York.  He received his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1978 and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing in 1974 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  David is an appellate and civil litigation solo practitioner who practices primarily in the areas of employment litigation, complex business litigation and securities fraud.  David's motto is, “Resolution through negotiation or trial, if necessary.”  David is also experienced in business arbitration and mediation, as well as in administrative law.  David is an active member of the Colorado Supreme Court Advisory Committee's Proactive Management-Based Program Subcommittee as well as an active member of the Colorado Ethics Committee.
