Mr. Baldwin's practice areas are commercial litigation, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, general casualty, employment law, defamation, insurance agents and brokers errors and omission; real estate, brokers and title agencies. He was admitted in 1983 to practice law in the state of Colorado, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver and his B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations.
