Stuart Kingsbery, CPA, JD, is a shareholder and director of Kingsbery Baris Vogel Nuttall CPAs and Advisors, P.C. He co-founded the firm in 1980 and was a practicing attorney in addition to being a CPA for a number of years. Mr. Kingsbery is still a licensed attorney but is no longer actively practicing law. Mr. Kingsbery's practice focuses primarily on income, estate and gift tax matters. While he practices in most tax areas, he spends a substantial amount of time dealing with income taxes related to trusts and estates and with estate tax matters. Mr. Kingsbery received his undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University in 1978 and his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1982. He has previously given presentations to the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Society of CPAs, the Boulder County Bar Association, the Boulder County Estate Planning Council, and a number of other professional organizations. Mr. Kingsbery's firm focuses primarily on income, gift and estate tax matters and is located in downtown Boulder on the Pearl Street Mall.
