Joan McWilliams, Esq., an award-winning lawyer, author and cutting-edge mediator, has refocused her practice and is concentrating on writing, speaking and consulting. She is working on a TEDx Talk entitled Grandfluence™ and a new book for Grandparents entitled Grandfluence:™ The Remarkable Power of Contemporary Grandparents. She has written an article for the ABA Family Law Advocate entitled, Grandparents, Parenting Plans, and Grandparenting Agreements: An Ongoing Dilemma. Joan has also created a new series of innovative pocket-sized books for parents, which are entitled, A Parent's Guide to Mediating Kid Issues in Divorce and A Parent's Guide to Understanding the Effects of Conflict and Divorce.
