Elizabeth (Betsy) Temkin, Esq., is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and an at-large member of the firm's Executive Committee. Betsy has over 30 years of experience in complex environmental litigation, transactional work, and site redevelopment throughout the West. She has extensive litigation and cleanup related experience at some of the biggest and most complicated hard-rock mining Superfund sites in the country, including Coeur d'Alene, Summitville, Leadville, Midnite Mine, the Leviathan Mine and others. She has also helped clients with voluntary cleanups at large and small redevelopment projects across the country. In the last several years, Betsy has also focused on helping clients navigate the regulatory mandates, risks, and costs associated with “emerging contaminants.”
