William H. Short
Altitude Community Law PCWilliam H. (Bill) Short, Esq., is a partner and leads the litigation department of Hindman Sanchez P.C., with offices in Arvada, Colorado Springs and Loveland, Colorado. His legal practice currently emphasizes the representation of homeowner associations and small businesses involved in civil litigation. He has been continuously practicing for over 30 years as a trial lawyer in Colorado since 1983. Mr. Short has tried over 100 cases all across Colorado. He has also argued dozens of appellate cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Wyoming Supreme Court. Over the years, he has handled a wide variety of cases including contracts, corporate law, real property law, injunctions, probate disputes, personal injury defense, construction disputes, civil rights disputes, and professional liability. He is a frequent lecturer concerning the responsibilities of nonprofit boards, community association law, and civil litigation skills. Mr. Short received his B.A. in political science from the University of Vermont and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.
