Catherine C. Gale, Esq., is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP's Real Estate and Land Use groups. Her practice focuses on public/private transactions, land use and the development, leasing, and sale of real estate projects. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine was the head of the Denver City Attorney's transactional and real estate department. There, she was the lead attorney on many of the city's major land use development projects over the past decade, including the transfer of the Winter Park ski area, the redevelopment of the former Stapleton Airport site, and the land acquisition for Denver International Airport. Catherine earned her J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. from Indiana University.
