Randall G. Alt
Randall G. Alt, Esq., is a partner at Moye White LLP, and a member of the firm's real estate group. Randy has been a member of the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association since 2007 and currently serves as its Chair. Randy maintains a general real estate practice, including leasing, lending, and sales, acquisitions and development of real property. His clients include banks, casinos, sand and gravel companies, leasing companies, title companies, theatre owners, temporary housing providers, private real estate investors, restaurant and hotel developers, insurance companies, public entities and realty advisors. Randy earned his B.A. degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver in 1982. Randy is proud of the fact that he has attended the Real Estate Symposium for 25 straight years.
