Ross B. Buchanan

Judge Ross Buchanan had a general civil trial practice in Colorado (with two years in California), specializing in tort litigation primarily in the areas of personal injury and product liability, but also representing clients in commercial disputes, insurance litigation, civil rights and employment matters, for over thirty years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, and a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He was President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association in 2002-2003. In November 2013, Judge Buchanan was appointed to the District Court for the Second Judicial District in Denver, Colorado, and assumed his duties on that court in January 2014.
