Jim Miller Dispute Resolution
Honorable James Miller (ret.), presided over one of Colorado's busiest trial courts for 12 years. Jim is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and for the last twelve years he has maintained a full-time ADR practice with JAMS in its Denver office. For the last two years Jim has been recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Top Lawyer for his ADR skills, and he has presented nationally on ADR-related topics. Jim arbitrates and mediates all types of cases nationally and internationally, including commercial, construction defect, family law and personal injury cases. He is frequently appointed as an appointed judge, special master and parenting coordinator/decision-maker. Jim received his B.A. in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and his Masters and J.D. Degrees from the University of Memphis.
