Robert L. Lowrey
Honorable Judge Robert Lowrey assumed his position with the District Court Bench for the Fourth Judicial District on January 1, 2004. Prior to his selection as a District Court Judge, he was engaged in a general litigation practice for almost 22 years. Judge Lowrey presides over both Criminal and Domestic Relations dockets and is currently serving as the Presiding Domestic Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial District.
