Zach C. Miller, Esq., is a partner in the Environmental Practice Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Davis Graham & Stubbs in 1981, he served as special counsel to the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs and in the Solicitor's Honors Program at the Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C. He attended Colorado College (B.A., cum laude 1975) and the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D. 1980). His practice focuses on environmental, water and natural resources law, in both transaction and litigation contexts. Zach has handled a number of major wetland and Clean Water Act 404 permitting and enforcement matters and has written, testified and lectured extensively on a wide variety of wetland and other environmental law topics.
