Mary J. Kelly

Mary J. Kelly, Esq., is a 1978 graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder in the United Nations sponsored major of Conflict and Peace Studies. She received her JD from the University of Denver College of Law in 1981. Prior to joining Reilly Pozner, Mary maintained a practice in domestic litigation for thirty years. She began her practice in the litigation department of Sherman & Howard, where she worked on complex corporate and domestic litigation. During her ten years there, Mary developed her domestic practice and advanced to partner in the litigation department. After Sherman & Howard, Mary founded Mary J. Kelly P.C. where she practiced for 20 years. Mary has served as President of the Denver Bar Association, as member of the board of trustees of the Colorado Bar Association, and Chair of the Colorado Lawyer's Committee for Equal Justice. She has served on two Colorado Supreme Court civil rules committees. She is a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers. In the domestic field, Mary has served as President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Chair of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Mary has been married to Dan Reilly for 35 years and they have three children, Michael Tyrone, Kathleen Mahalia and Daniel Lorenzo and a granddaughter Dylan.
