Nancy Cohen, Esq., is a member in the law firm of Cohen|Black Law, LLC. Her practice focuses on the representation of lawyers in malpractice claims, grievances, sanction matters, and fee disputes. Ms. Cohen also represents healthcare and other professionals, including accountants and insurance and real estate brokers. Additionally, she represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including real estate and business torts litigation, and defends clients on D&O claims. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Colorado Super Lawyers (2015, 2016, 2018), one of the Top 50 Women Colorado Super Lawyers (2014-2018), a Colorado Super Lawyer - Professional Liability: Defense (2013-2023), and a Martindale Hubbell Preeminent AV-rated lawyer. In 2014, she was elected a member of American Law Institute. Ms. Cohen is a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Advisory Committee and the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee. She was president of the Denver Bar Association in 2016-2017.
