Jerry W. Goad, Esq. is the First Assistant Attorney General for the Water Quality & Radiation Unit in the Natural Resources and Environment Section of the Colorado Attorney General's Office. In this capacity he supervises the attorneys practicing in the areas of water quality control and radioactive materials regulation. In addition, he represents the Water Quality Control Commission, Water Quality Control Division, the Radiation Control Program, and the Governor's Energy Office. Previously, he represented the Air Quality Control Commission, Air Pollution Control Division, Hazardous and Solid Wastes Division, Division of Wildlife, and the Oil and Gas Commission. Prior to the AG's office he worked in the Denver office of the US EPA and the Arvada City Attorney's Office.
