Elaine A. Wohlner, Esq., has devoted her practice exclusively to alternative dispute resolution since 1994. A panelist at JAMS since 2000, Elaine mediates and arbitrates cases involving personal injury, employment, health care, professional negligence and commercial matters. Prior to her current role as a neutral, Elaine practiced law at Holme Roberts and Owen, L.L.P. and Pryor, Carney, and Johnson, P.C. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Emory University and her law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Elaine is a frequent lecturer on conflict resolution, including ethics in mediation, mediation advocacy and employment mediation.
