David J. Babiarz
David Babiarz, Esq., currently practices at Dufford & Brown, P.C., where he also serves as President and a member of the executive committee. He has been with the firm since 2002. His practice includes advising clients on matters related to corporate governance, compliance with rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and organizing business entities. David graduated from the University of Michigan in 1977 with a bachelor of business administration and from the Wayne State University in Detroit in 1981 with a juris doctorate.
