Maureen Reidy Witt, Esq., is a partner and a civil trial attorney at Holland & Hart, LLP where she has practiced her entire career after clerking for the Honorable Robert H. McWilliams on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Maureen is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been named as one of Lawdragon's Top 500 Litigators nationally.  She has taught trial advocacy at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy for over 30 years, as well as at other trial programs and CLEs.  At Holland & Hart, she has served as the Managing Partner, a member of the Management Committee and as the leader of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  Maureen has tried cases and argued appeals throughout the country and has handled a number of international arbitrations abroad.  In addition to international arbitration, her practice focuses on commercial litigation, product liability, including drugs and medical devices, and employment litigation.
