Daniel Recht, Esq., has been in private practice since 1987. His practice emphasizes criminal defense, Plaintiff's personal injury litigation, and First Amendment litigation. He has tried more than 100 jury trials. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Massachusetts and Wisconsin. He is a prior President of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and prior Chair of the Board of the ACLU of Colorado. He has instructed Continuing Legal Education courses on ethics, trial tactics, criminal defense, and First Amendment litigation.
