Charles J. Connell

Charles J. Connell received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1973, and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1979. He was a county court magistrate in Weld County from 1988 to 1993. He is a sole practitioner in Greeley, with a practice limited to elder law, estate planning, and probate. He was the director of the Legal Services Program of the Weld County Area Agency on Aging from 1990 to 2015. He is a past co-chair of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association (2003 to 2005), and has written the “Ethical Considerations” chapter for Elder Law in Colorado since 1997.
