This 2012 Supplement to the second edition of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law features substantive updates to 35 chapters. Of particular note are the updates to court deadlines to convert to the “Rule of Seven,” which were implemented with Rule Changes 2011(18) and 2011(19). Many of the JDF forms related to domestic relations were also revised to reflect the rule changes, and the new forms are included in this supplement where applicable. Judicial Forms (JDF) released through July 10, 2012, and statutory revisions in SB 12-175 are included in the 2012 update. Major changes to the roles of the CFI, CLR, and PRE occurred with revisions to CJD 04-08 and CJD 04-06. This supplement provides practitioners with discussion and analysis of the implications of those changes. The supplement also includes an updated Table of Contents and Subject Index.
