About the Book:
The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law, Third Edition is designed as a reference source for Colorado lawyers at all levels of experience. It is not meant to provide comprehensive essays on all aspects of family law; rather, it is intended to provide a practical overview of issues and problems inherent in the practice of family law and areas of law that impact family law, such as real estate, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, business entities, taxation, criminal law, and immigration.

The Third Edition includes:
- Substantive updates to 31 of the 44 chapters;
- A compilation of statutes and case law;
- Analysis to launch the reader into the right direction for further research;
- Practice pointers for use in typical situations which may be adapted to the special circumstances of each case;
- Some updates are relatively minor, and some are substantial, but all are essential for keeping the book up to date.

Updates/Supplements:
Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law, Third Edition was released in 2017; this book is usually updated annually. If you are purchasing this book, you do not need to purchase any supplements; the latest supplement is already included in the book.  If you are looking to update a book that you already own, you need to check the date on the front cover sheet of your book.  If you are updating a book that has a date of 2016 or earlier on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase a new book. If your book has a date of 2017 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2018 Supplement to update your book (this pertains to the printed book only).

Automatic Supplementation Service:
For your convenience, automatic supplementation is included with your order. Future supplements will be mailed automatically with an invoice at 10% off the published price. Return privileges apply and you may cancel the service at any time. You will be notified by email before any supplement is mailed, so you may cancel shipment before a supplement is released.

If you wish to remain off the automatic shipment list for all future supplements, please let us know at the time of your order or you can also contact the CBA-CLE books department at 303-860-0608 or email clebooks@cba-cle.org.
