The 2012 supplement concentrates on current title insurance practices using the most common American Land Title Association (ALTA) forms, including several new forms. An extensive discussion about the new endorsement forms is included in the Chapter 6 update as well as a new ALTA policy form (effective 12-03-12) and updated text regarding old case law.
   
Updates/Supplements:
Colorado Title Insurance Practice, Fourth Edition was released in 2005. If your book has a date of September 2011, you need the 2012 supplement to update your book.  If your book has a date of 2005 or 2007 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2011 revised supplement and the 2012 supplement to update your book. If your book has a date before 2005 you will need to purchase a new book which includes the 2012 supplement.
