The 2012 Supplement to Colorado Estate Planning Forms includes:
  • Caveats were expanded with a new COLA matrix and also with language about the delayed application of the Uniform Tax Apportionment Act.
  • The Rule Against Perpetuities language was updated for all will and trust forms and for Tab A.

  • Form 19, Joint Lives Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust;
  • Form 23, Non-Tax Planning Revocable Trust; and
  • Tab A, General and Administrative Provisions (Note on Use 20 modified as well to accommodate the changes to the Rule Against Perpetuities clause).

  • Form 9, Marital Deduction Will;
  • Form 12, Memorandum Distributing Tangible Personal Property;

  • Tab A, General and Administrative Provisions.
  • New Form 25, Memorandum - Funding your Revocable Living Trust, is included in the 2012 Supplement, along with an accompanying cover letter.
  • Unitrust language was added to Tab B, as well as a corresponding Note on Use.

Updates/Supplements:
Colorado Estate Planning Forms is generally updated annually. If you are updating a book that has a date of 2011 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2012 (revised) and 2013 Supplements to update your book. If your book has a date of 2012 on the front cover sheet, you need only the 2013 Supplement to update your book.
