On January 1, 2008, Colorado joined dozens of other states in adopting its modifications of the American Bar Association Ethics 2000 Rules. The new Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct reflect a great many changes to the former Rules, effective from 1993 to 2007. How do these new rules affect your practice? Find out in CBA-CLE's Fifth Edition of the Colorado Ethics Handbook.
This two-volume Handbook includes:
- The full rules and annotations of the revised Colo. RPC, effective Jan. 1, 2008;
- The complete text of the former Colo. RPC;
- Two rule-by-rule cross-reference tables comparing the revised and former rules;
- All current CBA Ethics Committee Formal and Informal Opinions;
- CBA Ethics Committee Abstracts of Responses to Letter Inquiries;
- Information about the CBA Ethics Committee and Ethics Hotline;
- Subject Indices for the Rules, Opinions, and Abstracts;
- The Code of Judicial Conduct; and
- The Colorado Judicial Ethics Advisory Board Opinions.
Updates/Supplements:
Colorado Ethics Handbook, Fifth Edition was released in 2007. The 2011 supplement is the first supplement to the Fifth Edition. If your book has a date before 2007 on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase a new book, which includes the 2011 supplement. If the front cover sheet has a date of 2007, you just need this 2011 supplement to update your book.
Automatic Supplementation:
For your convenience, automatic supplementation is included with your order. Future supplements will be mailed automatically with an invoice at 10% off the published price. Return privileges apply and you may cancel the service at any time. You will be notified by email and post before any supplement is mailed, so you may cancel shipment before a supplement is released.
If you wish to remain off the automatic shipment list for all future supplements, please let us know at the time of your order or you can also contact the CBA-CLE book department at 303-860-0608 or email [email protected].
