Siddhartha H. Rathod, Esq., is a partner at Rathod | Mohamedbhai LLC, whose practice areas include civil rights, employment law, and criminal defense. Qusair Mohamedbhai, Esq., is a partner at Rathod | Mohamedbhai LLC. He has been an attorney for eight years practicing almost exclusively in the areas of plaintiff's employment discrimination, civil rights, and criminal defense. He is General Counsel to the Colorado Muslim Society, and advocates for the rights of employees in the workplace, and for the civil rights of all individuals against governmental and institutional abuses of power.
