Marc Darling, Esq., focuses on solving problems in the administration of estates and trusts through compromise or litigation, and is certified as a mediator in that regard. Mr. Darling is licensed to practice in all of Colorado's district and appellate courts and in various federal courts throughout the country. He is a member of the Florida and Colorado Bar Associations. Mr. Darling is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Colorado Bar Foundation. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Strathmore's Who's Who on Professionals and, for its 2012 inaugural award, Mr. Darling has been named Best Lawyers Trust & Estate Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Colorado. He was the Deputy Public Administrator for the City and County of Denver for ten years, and has served as Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Trust & Estate Section and Chair of its Statutory Revisions Committee.
