Program Description
 
This one day conference will use a case study format utilizing a claim for commercial damages related to a medical equipment design and manufacturing entity.  A select group of attorneys and BVFLS experts will present throughout the day, beginning with a discussion of engagement considerations including how the attorney locates and screens experts and engagement protocols; moving to information gathering, electronic evidence rules, synthesis of data, data management issues, and production of the report; to discovery, deposition and testimony related issues, as presented through the eyes of experienced litigators and experts; culminating with comments from a panel of one or more judges on a view of it all from the bench.
