Description:
The legal rights of incarcerated parents are discussed in this session, with national and Colorado statistics about the prevalence of incarcerated parents. Also discussed are how to help incarcerated parents know their rights, and to help them with more than just legal issues. A list of resources for parents and families is provided, as well as a DOC inmate locater how-to list, a writ of habeus and order, and information on a DOC phone hearing conference.
