Collaborative Law Training: Level One

Program Description

This new and improved Level One Collaborative Law Training provides the basic tools to begin a collaborative law practice.  This course seeks to present the collaborative process to professionals who are interested in a comprehensive process that creates an environment in which the focus is meeting the needs of both parties and problem solving without litigation.  Designed to provide a review of the collaborative process and address the nuts and bolts of how to conduct a collaborative process, this course also reviews critical skills needed to engage in the collaborative process.  The program is a combination of lecture and interactive learning.
