Working with Changes to the CFI Role: Problem Solving Options (Part 1 & 2)
Panelists will discuss changes to the CFI role, and the various other options and roles, both statutory and practical that can assist parties, counsel and the Court in developing solutions for families in moderate to high-conflict APR cases. Panelists will introduce the various options and roles, and will discuss what kind of professionals can engage in them, whether they require agreement of the parties or court action (or both), and what kinds of solutions these options and roles offer families. The panel will also address issues of cost and availability of various types of providers, and what “low income” options might be available, if any.
