Program Description
In spite of improving conditions for increased merger activity, several impediments make the deals more difficult to do today than just a few years ago, not the least of which is the increased accountability being placed on Boards for the overall risk management of corporations for which they have responsibility. In this cutting-edge presentation, Nat Stoddard, Chairman of Crenshaw Associates, will outline the key deterrents to successful mergers and describe a newly emerging approach being used in conjunction with the Due Diligence process to identify measure and mitigate the single biggest cause of deal failures: Cultural Incompatibility.
