Turn-around lending situations with successful results as well as less than successful results, including liquidation, will be discussed. Keith D. Palesh has been involved in middle market asset based lending with Wells Fargo/Northwest for over 27 years. Currently, he is based in Denver as the Executive Vice President in charge of the Wells Fargo Capital Finance - Business Credit portfolio for the Western Half of the United States. Mr. Palesh has held a variety of asset based roles from collateral exam, relationship management and business development leading to his current role. He has been involved with the Turnaround Management Association since the late 90s. Mr. Palesh has a degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
