Andrew Stathopulos, Esq., founded the law firm, Stathopulos & Associates, P.C., in 1988.  Located in the Denver Tech Center, the firm's practice is limited to transactional law, with a particular emphasis on advising clients in healthcare, commercial real estate, estate planning and business.  Mr. Stathopulos is currently the Chair of the Executive Council which governs the Health Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association; a member of the American Health Lawyers Association; and a member of the Real Estate Law and Titles Section of the Colorado Bar Association.  He has written and speaks to professional groups on healthcare law, commercial real estate law and estate planning topics, including co-authoring the chapter on Practice Breakups and Physician Departures in the 2012, 3rd rev. ed., and 2009, 2nd rev. ed. of Representing Physicians Handbook, published by the American Health Lawyers Association.  Mr. Stathopulos has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbellsm, and since 2010, he has been recognized every year as a FIVE STAR Wealth Managersm, Estate Planning Attorney by 5280 Magazine and the Colorado Business Journal.  Mr. Stathopulos was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 1985, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1985, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado in 1981.
