Charles “Chip” Mortimer, Jr., Esq., is First Assistant Regulation Counsel at the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Before joining the Counsel, he spent fifteen years in private practice, focusing on family, commercial and real estate litigation. Chip also previously chaired the Colorado Lawyer's Fidelity Fund and served as a Trustee on the Colorado Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection.
