Gifts to Minors

 

Clients wish to make gifts to minors for many reasons, including setting aside funds to pay for

college, reducing the size of their estates for estate tax purposes by making annual exclusion

gifts, or simply making an outright gift to help children and grandchildren. Faculty for this
